We take our environmental responsibility and relationship with the local community very seriously. Tata Steel has an established way in which we receive, register and respond to complaints. There are three ways to register a complaint with Tata Steel:

• By phoning the free Community Support Helpline 0800 138 6560 – available 24/7 365 days a year
• By contacting the regulator, Natural Resources Wales, to make a complaint anonymously
• By filling out our complaints form

Tata Steel’s Environment Team will investigate each complaint, using weather data and other available information. If we need to find out more information to help our investigation, we can also visit you at home.
