Pay
We offer a competitive salary to attract and retain great people (which we benchmark externally). If you are in a role where you work a recognised shift pattern, you may also be eligible to receive shift allowance to compensate you for this.
Annual Leave
When you join us, you will receive a competitive holiday allowance. Your annual leave is pro-rata if you work part time.
Sickness pay
If you become ill, you will be eligible to receive sickness pay which changes in duration as you complete your service.

Pension Scheme
We offer a Personal Retirement Savings Plan (PRSP) provided by Aviva. If you contribute 4%, we will match you contributions by 4% (of pensionable earnings), if you contribute 5% we will match your contributions by 5%, but if you contribute 6% we will contribute 10% . You are able to access your personal pension account using the applications provided by Aviva.
We also offer a “salary sacrifice” scheme which may help make your contributions tax efficient and exempt from National Insurance (eligibility is dependent on personal circumstances)
If you want to make additional contributions to your pension, you can do this directly from your pay. (NB these contributions are not matched by the company)
Life assurance

Flexible working / Home working

Maternity leave

Paternity Leave

Adoption Leave
We treat parents adopting a child in the same way as those expecting a baby. The main adoptive carer will be entitled to Enhanced Adoption leave as long as you’ve worked for us for a year

Parental Leave
If you’ve worked us for at least a year, we’ll give you up to 18 weeks unpaid leave. You can take up to four weeks unpaid leave in any one year in blocks of one week.
