The new South West Energy Centre at Paignton’s South Devon College is intended to be a catalyst for private sector growth, aimed at opening up market opportunities in the green sector through activities specifically designed to drive up demand and promote growth.

The Centre offers a wide range of training courses that include renewable technology, energy efficiency and sustainable construction.

Boasting BREEAM Excellent credentials, the building appropriately features an impressive curved green sedum roof, featuring RoofDek D32s and D100 structural roof decking by Building Systems UK (A Tata Steel Enterprise).
