Tata Steel lance un nouveau système innovant de reconnaissance de couleur: Le Colorcoat® Compass
Colorcoat® Compass est un système numérique universel et innovant qui fonctionne avec un colorimètre spécialement conçu afin de numériser les couleurs. Il est possible de scanner pratiquement tous les objets, qui se voient attribuer une couleur en quelques secondes. La couleur de référence peut aussi bien se trouver dans le matériau d'un bâtiment, que dans le logo d’une entreprise ou dans un fruit ou encore dans votre tasse de café!
Colorcoat® Compass fournit des informations détaillées sur chaque couleur et montre s'il existe une correspondance exacte parmi les gammes de couleurs standards Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® et Colorcoat Prisma®, ou une correspondance dans la sélection de couleurs personnalisées Repertoire®. Il donne également des détails sur la garantie Confidex® basés sur l'emplacement, l'application et la couleur du bâtiment.
Ce système possède une fonction pratique de recherche de couleur RAL et peut également, grâce à la contribution des meilleurs experts en couleur du monde, proposer des couleurs complémentaires. La fonction de recherche RAL permet de parcourir rapidement la base de données de couleurs en utilisant les codes couleur RAL classic, RAL design ou British Standard grâce aux bibliothèques RAL complètes téléchargées dans le système. Des échantillons commerciaux de toutes ces couleurs peuvent être commandés directement depuis le système.
Tata Steel a créé une équipe spécialisée, dont la mission est d’aider les concepteurs à maximiser les avantages qu’apportent Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® et Colorcoat Prisma®. Par téléphone, en ligne ou en tête à tête, l’équipe de Tata Steel est en mesure de fournir des indications et des conseils qui ne manqueront d’éveiller l’imagination et d’inspirer le design.
Le rôle du service de conseil en couleurs Repertoire® est de fournir des conseils sur les couleurs et des stratégies de couleurs, en faisant usage d’une gamme de nuances standard, et en discutant d’exigences de couleurs personnalisées. Tata Steel est en mesure d’assortir ses couleurs à pratiquement toutes les teintes unies d’échantillons physiques, de normes répandues, par exemple RAL, NCS et British Standard, et de normes plus particulières.
Repertoire® est bien plus qu’un service d’appairage des couleurs : les membres spécialisés de notre équipe sont en mesure de proposer une vaste gamme de conseils et d’indications, couvrant:
- Le choix du produit Colorcoat® convenant le mieux pour l’application.
- La résolution de problèmes d’urbanisme avec des stratégies de couleurs.
- L’approvisionnement en composants complémentaires pour la réalisation d’un projet.
- Des spécifications pour le produit, les délais et quantités spécifiées pour la commande.
Nous précisons que la quantité minimale à la commande est 5000 m2, et n’est disponible que dans des locaux situés dans les Zones 1 et 2
Light Reflectance Value (LRV) values
The daylight reflectance (or Light Reflectance Value LRV) is effectively a percentage of visible light (380‐780 nm) reflected off the coated surface relative to the light impinging on the surface. Total daylight reflectance is the sum of both the specular (or gloss) reflection and diffuse reflection. The sum of both diffuse and specular (glossy) reflectance and is a measure of a particular colour’s ability to absorb or reflect visible light. Increasing or decreasing gloss will have little effect on LRV as its reduction in specular reflectivity is accompanied by a similar increase in diffuse reflectivity and vice versa.
Solar Reflective Index (SRI)
Solar Reflective Index (SRI) is the ability of a material to reflect solar energy from its surface. An expression which indicates the exterior steady state temperature of a roof relative to a white roof (100) and black roof (0). It is calculated according to ASTM E 1980 and is a complex expression that utilises measured values of TE and TSR and convective coefficients. Solar reflectivity or reflectance is the ability of a material to reflect solar energy from its surface back into the atmosphere, where the higher the SRI value the greater the ability of the colour to reflect the solar radiation.
Steady State Surface temperature (SSST)
Also same as “Roof Surface Temperature (°C) ASTM E1980”
The temperature of the surface, in °C, under the standard solar and ambient conditions calculated according to ASTM E 1980, Section 4.1.
Thermal Emissivity (TE)
The ability of material to release absorbed heat, expressed with a number between 0 and 1 (or 0 percent and 100 percent), also known as infrared emissivity. Uncoated metallic surfaces have a low infrared emissivity (<0.3). Most coatings have high emissivity between 0.85 and 0.9.
Total Solar Reflectivity (TSR)
The ability of a material to reflect sunlight in the ultra violet, visible and near infra-red regions. Expressed as the total amount of solar energy that is reflected from a surface relative to the total incoming solar energy and reported as either a percentage or on a scale of 0 to 1. Measured according to ASTM E903, ASTM C1549, ISO 22969. This is occasionally referred to as SR (Solar reflectance).
